cleansing

After I sat down for ten minutes and focused on getting all the thoughts i had in my head out, i felt a sense of being free and relaxed. Nothing good or bad came into my mind, it felt as though i was neutral and had no opinions on any matter. Also, there was a sense of rejuvenation that resembled the feeling after waking from sleep.
However, getting to the point of feeling relaxed was difficult because the idea to get all the papers i had due in the following weeks off my mind was very difficult. But in the end i may again go through the same steps in order to feel better and become more relaxed.
