Atheism

On page 91 (top) it describes how the feeling of guilt is on the decline with the spread of atheism throughout the community. This can directly connect with religion contributing to people living more civilized and peaceful lives. But, in some cases the teachings of fearing god can be a scare tactic in order for individuals to follow the rules and laws of society.
