Working flaws

"The worker becomes poorer the more wealth he produces, the more his production increases in power and extent. The worker becomes a cheaper commodity the more commodities he produces" (p. 59 Marx).


I feel that this quotation gives the worker not that much of an incentive to work hard and produce mass amounts of the desired product. the buyer is getting the better end of the deal while the workers importance decreases.
